Welcome to PTSD Bunker Gear For Your Brain
Episode 01 is the first section of a six part mini-series about my personal trip through PTSD. The mini series of my journey though PTSD is explained with the acronym of T.R.A.S.H. This standing for The fall, Re-boot, Awaken, Self-Care, and Hunger. It is with this episode we first look at just how important it is to understand that the battle that you are in is as real as the nose on your face.
PTSD seems to be a mental disorder that sneaks around its prey, never actually standing in front of the person that suffers from it. With the acronym of T.R.A.S.H, I will explain in episode 01 how important it is for people to understand where they are in the depths of PTSD, and not simply whether you have it or not.
It is within this show that we learn that with the subject of PTSD, as well as many other mental disorders, there will always by safety in numbers.
PTSD is a disorder that affects countless numbers of emergency workers as well as the ones that are closest to them. Enjoy your first introduction into my T.R.A.S.H. Hopefully a few questions get answered along the way.
Thanks so much for stopping by and make sure to check out our blog at www.ptsdbunkergearforyourbrain.com, as well as our Facebook and Twitter page. PTSD may be a worthy opponent but is no match for the title wave of information that is available to defeat it.
