In Episode 06 we find ourselves taking the first steps on my personal journey of PTSD. T.R.A.S.H being the acronym used to describe the stage, we find ourselves in the fifth stage. This stage is represented by the letter H and stands for Hunger.
It was at this stage that my PTSD T.R.A.S.H story ends. This is the final installment of the miniseries on my person journey through PTSD. In the last stage of T.R.A.S.H, I found myself reflecting on just the sheer amount of time I lost in life due to this disorder of PTSD.
